Prepare monthly activities plan and submit to Supervisor<br \/>\n2. Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits<br \/>\n3. Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans<br \/>\n4. Determine all applicable ratio and metrics and set up debt payment plans<br \/>\n5. Disburse loan to clients and collect all document collateral and clear all document to credit admin on time.<br \/>\n6. Follow up overdue payment loan, overdue collection and following up loan disbursement as guideline.<br \/>\n7. Travel to meet the target clients for any further process of loan within the limitation area.<br \/>\n8. Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.<br \/>\n9. Prepare monthly productivities report to supervisor<br \/>\n10.
